Welcome to Assam School of Education. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Conditions

  • By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in the state of Assam, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Order Placement & Verification

  • Offer to Purchase: Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to buy. It does not guarantee a sale.

  • WhatsApp Verification: Every order must be verified via our official WhatsApp (+91 9954125220).

  • Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any order if the delivery location is unserviceable or if the order details cannot be verified via WhatsApp.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • MRP: All book prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Shipping Fees: A flat shipping fee of Rs. 69 applies to all orders.

  • UPI Discount: If you choose to pay via UPI after placing the order and share the screenshot on WhatsApp, a discount of Rs. 20 will be applied to the shipping fee, making it Rs. 49.

4. Coupon Codes & Promotions

From time to time, we may offer coupon codes for discounts on our publications. The following rules apply:

  • One Coupon Per Order: Only one coupon code can be used per order. Coupons cannot be combined or “stacked.”

  • No Cash Value: Coupon codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money.

  • Expiry: Coupons are valid only for the duration specified. We reserve the right to deactivate any coupon code without prior notice.

  • Shipping Fees: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, coupon codes apply only to the product price and do not apply to the flat shipping fees (Rs. 69/49).

  • Abuse of Coupons: If we detect any fraudulent use of coupon codes, we reserve the right to cancel the order immediately.

5. Shipping and Delivery (Assam Only)

  • We ship exclusively within the state of Assam, India.

  • Delivery is handled by third-party courier partners. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or local disruptions.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including book covers and the Dapoon Poripurika branding, is the intellectual property of Assam School of Education. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We conduct a strict quality check before shipping. We are not liable for damages occurring during transit. Customers must film an unboxing video for any claims.

  • Any evidence of self-torn pages or intentional damage to get a refund will result in the claim being rejected and the user being blacklisted.

8. User Conduct

  • Providing false contact information or refusing verified COD orders may lead to a permanent ban from our services.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
