Cancellation & Returns Policy

At Assam School of Education, we maintain high standards for our publications. Every book undergoes a strict quality check before it is packed and shipped from our Guwahati office to ensure it is in perfect condition.
1. No Return Policy
We follow a strict No Return / No Exchange policy. Once a book is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind, incorrect medium selection, or accidental order.
2. Policy on Damaged Goods
While we ensure quality before shipping, we understand that damage can occasionally occur during transit.
Courier Claims: If your package arrives damaged, you must file a complaint directly with the courier partner. We will provide you with the courier details to assist in your claim. Assam School of Education is not liable for damages caused by the courier service.
Anti-Fraud Rule: Any evidence of self-torn pages or intentional damage created by the customer to attempt a refund or replacement will be identified by our quality control team. In such cases, the customer will not be entitled to any refund or replacement.
3. Return Shipping & Risk
In the rare event that a return or replacement is authorized by our team via WhatsApp:
Cost & Risk: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a trackable mail service. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect both the buyer and the seller, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the moment you begin opening the sealed courier bag. Without this video evidence, no claims regarding missing items or wrong products will be entertained.
5. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 9954125220 before the item is shipped.
After Dispatch: Orders already in transit cannot be canceled. For COD orders, refusing delivery may lead to a permanent block on your phone number for future orders.
6. Refunds
Prepaid Orders: Refunds for cancellations made before dispatch will be processed via UPI within 24 hours.
Shipping Fees: All shipping and handling fees (including return shipping) are non-refundable.
